Changing Habits Videos

Cyndi has made loads of videos talking about not only the programs available but some of the foods as well.  These are so informative and a great 'go to' aid when doing the protocol.  I have popped a few below just so you can access them easily in one spot.

And lastly there is the new program called the 21 Step Reset.  This is an awesome program to assist you in gaining and maintaining good health without doing the HCG Protocol.  Perhaps you could use it as a step up to doing the HCG Protocol or as a way of maintaining what you have gained on the protocol.  Either way, check it out! It might just be what you are looking for :)
